What you need

STEP 1 Season your steak liberally with salt while you heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat STEP 2 Drizzle oil in the pan and then lay the steak in the pan and do not move it. Sear on one side until it easily flips, about 5-6 minutes. Flip and cook on the other side for another 5 minutes or so. Remove the steak from the heat and let it rest for 8-10 minutes. Thinly slice it and set it aside STEP 3 Meanwhile, toast the baguette slices and mix the Burrata with ½ a pouch of the Chimichurri.
