STEP 1 Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a cake tin with parchment paper STEP 2 Meanwhile, whisk together the melted butter with half a pouch of the Chimichurri STEP 3 Spread out the pizza dough and, using a pizza cutter or a sharp knife, cut the dough into 24 squares STEP 4 Add a piece of mozzarella to each square of dough to form a ball, rolling with your hands, pinching to seal the edges STEP 5 Place the balls in a cake tin in concentric circles and lightly brush with the egg wash and bake for 16-18 minutes or until golden brown STEP 6 When the bread is finished baking, brush on the Chimi butter and serve immediatelyView original recipe
